At Angel Trains, we know that our greatest asset is our people. The technically complex and demanding nature of our business requires that we employ the best and most committed people.
We pride ourselves on the calibre of our people, which is why we invest significantly in their professional development. Angel Trains' annual spend on training is typically £1,000 per head, which is more than three times the UK average.
Our development provision includes: personal development plans, sponsorship of professional qualifications, ad hoc training, coaching, learning lunches and specific Senior Management development.
Each year we undertake an externally run employee survey. Over the past three years we have achieved an average response rate of 95%, with an average overall satisfaction rate of 85% - well above the UK benchmark.
Working at Angel Trains will place you at the centre of one of the UK's most dynamic industries - to begin your journey take a look at our current vacancies.
Our two-year graduate training scheme is accredited by both IMechE (the Institution of Mechanical Engineers) and IET (the Institution of Engineering and Technology).
This means that a graduate trainee successfully completing our scheme will have had the experience and opportunity to demonstrate the competencies required by IMechE and IET and supports our current, recent and future Graduate Trainees on their path to achieving Chartered Engineer status.
We are always keen to hear from highly-skilled individuals who share our values and our vision to be Britain's leading rolling stock asset manager.
