Since Angel Trains was created in 1994, we have made significant investments in new and refurbished rolling stock, as well as in our specialist staff. We have the knowledge and experience to deliver successfully new and refurbished rolling stock to train operators, together with the financial strength to structure and underwrite these investments.

We meet our customers’ needs thanks to the specialist expertise and consistent standards we have developed, delivered locally with the specific cultural and technical skills needed in each market. We employ approximately 200 staff, with a variety of nationalities, professional qualifications and experience. As well as our headquarters in London, we have offices in Antwerp, Cologne, Derby, Madrid and Rome.

Our goal is to become the world’s leading investor in trains, by continuing to maintain professional, competitive, long-term and even-handed relationships with leading train operators in a growing number of countries and market segments, and being seen as a dependable partner of governments and suppliers in the rail industry.

Thanks to its sound financial policies and performance and its strong position in the industry, Angel Trains has been issued with A long-term and A-2 short-term credit ratings by Standard & Poor’s.
