Chief Executive Officer

Malcolm BrownMalcolm Brown joined Angel Trains in February 2008 and was appointed CEO in July 2009. Malcolm was previously Deputy Managing Director for the Serco / NedRail Northern Franchise - a key customer of Angel Trains. Prior to this Malcolm spent five years in executive positions with National Express Group. Malcolm has also worked in a number of commercial roles at Sea Containers / GNER and Marks & Spencer.

Chief Financial Officer

George LynnGeorge Lynn joined British Rail in 1994 as a Finance Director within the ROSCO privatisation team, and chose to join Angel Trains. George has had extensive experience as a Finance Director within leasing and banking businesses; immediately prior to Angel Trains George was Group Finance Director for the Union Discount Company of London Plc and previously held senior positions in Barclays Mercantile and Deloitte Haskins & Sells. George is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and is actively involved in both leasing and rail industry forums. George has recently been elected as the Asset Finance Division Chairman for the Finance & Leasing Association, and is also the ROSCO member of the Rail Industry Dispute Resolution Council.

Chief Operating Officer

Kevin TribleyKevin Tribley has been with Angel Trains since 1999 and has been involved extensively in the re-leasing of the Angel Trains portfolio, as well as many of the new build transactions completed during this time. Kevin joined the Angel Trains Board in June 2009 as Commercial Director and in February 2011 was appointed to the role of Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Angel Trains, Kevin worked in corporate and institutional banking and structured finance within Deutsche Bank and Union Bank of Switzerland respectively.

Technical Director

Mark HicksMark Hicks joined Angel Trains in 2001 and has been responsible for delivering new build projects for UK and other international divisions. In 2009 he additionally took on the role of Technical Services Director. Since joining the railway industry in 1983 he has held significant posts in the industry in many sectors, which has provided a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise in many key areas of the industry.
