Angel Trains Implements Anti-Bribery Policy and Compliance Procedure

New legislation, the Bribery Act 2010, came into force on 1 July 2011 in the UK. Angel Trains has issued an Anti-Bribery Policy and Compliance Procedure to outline its position on preventing and prohibiting bribery.

Angel Trains prides itself on its reputation for acting fairly and ethically wherever it does business and takes a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption.

Angel Trains will not tolerate any form of bribery, whether direct or indirect, by, or of, its employees, officers, agents or consultants or any persons or companies acting for it or on its behalf and will not conduct business with service providers, agents or representatives that do not support Angel Trains' anti-bribery objectives.”
