Chief Executive Officer
Malcolm Brown has been with Angel Trains for over two years, joining the business in February 2008. Malcolm was previously Deputy Managing Director for the Serco / NedRail Northern Franchise - a key customer of Angel Trains. Prior to this Malcolm spent five years in executive positions with National Express Group. Malcolm has also worked in a number of commercial roles at Sea Containers / GNER and Marks & Spencer. |

Chief Financial Officer
George Lynn joined British Rail in 1994 as a Finance Director within the ROSCO privatisation team, and chose to join Angel Trains. George has had extensive experience as a Finance Director within leasing and banking businesses; immediately prior to Angel Trains George was Group Finance Director for the Union Discount Company of London Plc and previously held senior positions in Barclays Mercantile and Deloitte Haskins & Sells. George is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and is actively involved in both leasing and rail industry forums. George has recently been elected as the Asset Finance Division Chairman for the Finance & Leasing Association, and is also the ROSCO member of the Rail Industry Dispute Resolution Council. |

Commercial Director
Kevin Tribley has been with Angel Trains for 10 years and has been involved extensively in the re-leasing of the Angel Trains portfolio, as well as many of the new build transactions completed during this time. Prior to joining Angel Trains, Kevin worked in corporate and institutional banking and structured finance within Deutsche Bank and Union Bank of Switzerland respectively. |

Chief Operating Officer
Tim Dugher is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers having joined the rail industry as a Technical Apprentice in 1977. Following a series of appointments in rolling stock maintenance depots throughout the UK, he joined Angel Trains in July 1995 to head up a new projects section within the Engineering Department and was appointed Engineering Director and Board member in 2002. In 2007 he became Group Engineering Director, with responsibility for engineering matters in both the UK and International businesses. Tim represents the UK rolling stock lessors on the RISAS Board, and is a Non-Executive Director of the Railway Safety and Standards Board.
Tim was appointed to the position of Chief Operating Officer of Angel Trains Limited in August 2009, and becomes Chairman of the Railway Division of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers in June 2010. |
