Key to the Angel Trains added value is the dedicated account manager, whose role is to understand the business needs of existing or potential customers by working in close co-operation with them, and to focus the extensive Angel Trains resources on meeting that requirement in an optimal manner.

The account manager has been an established role in the UK business since the very creation of Angel Trains. Following this successful experience and in order to optimize the continuously growing size of our international market offer, Angel Trains has been introducing the key role of the Account Manager also for its freight and passenger customers in continental Europe.
